Eating at restaurants on the Whole30 program is a little tricky – we know. This is because (as you probably know) Whole30 is an elimination diet – aimed at removing possibly harmful foods from your diet. Pretty common ingredients and foods like added sugars, dairy, grains, processed foods, and even alcohol are totally off-limits.
